While prior recruiting experience is not necessary, you will receive thorough training to prepare you for success.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee and support the performance and welfare of on-site employees.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise in an efficient manner.
  • Conduct talent interviews.
  • Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Reliable transportation for regular visits to client locations.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

This role may be particularly suitable for individuals with a background in food service or retail management.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Flexibility required)
Compensation: $23-28 per hour, based on experience
