Position Overview:

The Plant Controller will be an integral part of the plant leadership team, providing essential financial and operational insights to enhance plant performance. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with plant leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Managing financial reporting and planning for the facility.

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Conduct regular financial performance reviews with plant leadership.
  • Analyze operational metrics impacting financial performance.
  • Oversee annual physical inventory assessments and reconciliations.
  • Lead the budgeting process, engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial reporting.
  • Manage accounting operations, including month-end close and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Influence capital project planning and return on investment analyses.
  • Drive improvements in accounting practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
