Long Term Care Nursing Assistant

HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Long Term Care Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and support to our patients and residents.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Long Term Care Nursing Assistant who can provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our nursing team. This is a full-time position working 4 on, 2 off, 8 hour shifts.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Current Washington State Certified Nursing certification in good standing
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Certification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants required
- Certification of WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training, Mental Health Specialty Training, and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training required or contracted for less than 120 days
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our facility provides a safe and supportive work environment, and we are committed to investing in the success of our employees.
Based on industry standards and requirements, the estimated annual salary for this role is around $52,000.
