Job SummaryWe're seeking a Client Relationship Business Development Specialist to join our team at U.S. Bank. This role involves building strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, identifying their banking needs, and recommending solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to provide personalized service and recommendations.
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and outreach.
- Identify opportunities to offer new products and services that meet client needs and increase revenue growth.
- Work closely with branch teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of three to four years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency in using digital products and self-service technologies to enhance the client experience.
- A thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $68,400 - $73,288 per annum, reflecting the primary location listed first, which may vary based on the actual location of the role.
