Job Description

This role requires a Nursing Assistant for Elderly Patient Care who can provide compassionate and skilled care to our patients. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications and perform safety checks
  • Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  1. Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant certification
  2. Previous long-term care experience preferred
  3. High school diploma or equivalent required
  4. CPR and First Aid certification
  5. Nurse Delegation certification for Nursing Assistants
  6. Dementia, Mental Health, and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training certifications
