Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate community social events, including entertainment, catering, and decorations.
  • Clubhouse Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, including administrative tasks, vendor management, and event setup.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, including entertainers, caterers, and decoration vendors.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and distribute reports on event attendance, revenue, and other key metrics, as well as communicate with residents and stakeholders through regular newsletters and updates.
Requirements:
  • Event Planning Experience: 2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in a residential or community setting.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with event planning software and tools.
