- Event Planning Experience: 2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in a residential or community setting.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with event planning software and tools.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per year, based on experience.
