Position Summary
We are currently seeking a contract Automotive Warranty Analyst to support our client in the automotive sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a reputable organization.
Compensation
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $26 to $29.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and uphold communication channels across different business units or from project teams to the organization.
- Oversee the storage and retrieval of all project communication data and business metrics.
- Analyze contracts, cost proposals, and contract amendments.
- Establish project frameworks and work breakdown structures.
- Document and standardize business processes.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring transaction controls align with budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a related field is required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as necessary.
- Competence in analyzing business trends and forecasting future revenues and expenses.
- Familiarity with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle dealership operations.
- Experience in Field Service Operations and Aftersales is advantageous.
- Proficient in addressing unique and complex problems.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Commitment to customer service excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to foster relationships within teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
