Job Posting: Technical Data Analyst Location: Warren MI Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension or FTE conversion Qualifications: Must Haves Competence with typical office computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflict Self-motivating with limited supervision Ability to work in a warehouse environment Preferred 2-year Associate’s degree Automotive knowledge Experience working in an independent/dealership service or parts department Experience in creating documentation for a professional/technical audience Experience with hazmat regulations and Department of Transportation 49 CFR Job Responsibilities: Review existing summary reports of non-compliance issues for possible action. Complete documentation regarding non-compliance using provided PowerPoint templates for formal field/dealer feedback. When needed, take appropriate action to address the non-compliance. Ensure evidence supports actions taken. Interface directly with the dealer, field staff, and the WPC team.
