About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team at a premier medical clinic in Sherman, TX. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front office duties and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
  • Answering phones, processing incoming calls, and scheduling appointments
  • Checking patients in and out, collecting payments, and processing retail sales
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a professional demeanor. Your ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure will be essential in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

You will also need to have experience with multiline phone systems and be comfortable using technology, including web-based business applications. Additionally, you should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
