About the Job

Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment schedules, including cancellations and reschedules
  • Process incoming calls, answer phones, and provide top-notch customer service
  • Check patients in and out, collect payments, process retail sales, and complete weekly cash box reports
Requirements
  • Experience with multiline phone systems and comfortable with technology, including web-based business applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and excellent phone etiquette
