Job Summary

As a key member of the Walmart team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and distribution facilities. This includes managing a team of associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving business growth through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of associates, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze business reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Management, Logistics, Business Administration).
  • 1 year of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
