Construction Quality Technician
Salary
$50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities
This role involves ensuring the quality of construction projects, monitoring contractor progress, and performing various quality control functions.
Responsibilities include:
  1. Reviewing and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  2. Monitoring and recording contractor progress and compliance with plans and specifications.
  3. Conducting field tests on construction materials, such as soil, concrete, and steel.
  4. Preparing comprehensive reports detailing daily progress and test results.
  5. Communicating with project stakeholders on project status, test results, and non-compliant issues.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Prior experience in construction (1-2 years) preferred
