Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Heating and Cooling Systems Technician to join our team at West Shore. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our heating and cooling systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with heating and cooling systems, as well as possessing a strong understanding of air quality equipment. You will be responsible for conducting performance tests, making necessary adjustments, and providing emergency repairs when needed.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to travel to various sites throughout the day to identify problems and provide solutions. You will work closely with our Regional team to prioritize calls based on business goals and discuss repair/replacement options for our heating and cooling systems.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our HVAC units run smoothly at all times and perform necessary installations and repairs as needed. This is a critical role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
