Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families in need. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience as a social worker and hold an active LCSW license in the state of Vermont.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active LCSW license in Vermont
- AHA BLS & Covid certification
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a social worker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
