Warde Senior Living, a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in Windham, NH.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a caring and compassionate LNA to work per diem shifts. As an LNA at Warde Senior Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure the provision of appropriate care
  • Observe residents frequently during assigned shift to ensure all personal care needs are being met
  • Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting resident rights and privacy at all times
  • Encourage residents to develop and maintain independence and highest level of functioning in all activities of daily living

**Requirements:**

  • Age 17.5 or older
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant Training Program and currently licensed as a Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Board of Nursing

**Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $22.89, depending on years of experience. Additional shift differentials may apply. We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive salary.
