Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of the hospital during off-hours and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical and administrative operations, ensuring seamless patient flow throughout the hospital
  • Provide supervision and support to patient care areas, promoting excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with providers, staff, department directors, and administrators to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Maintain knowledge of hospital and nursing policies and procedures, adapting them to meet evolving needs
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program, BSN preferred
  • Proven leadership and time management skills, with a focus on emergency and critical care nursing experience
  • Clinical management experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of hospital operations
  • Vermont RN license required, with ACLS certification a must; PALS and NRP certifications preferred
Compensation

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience
