Job Description

As a Security Officer L1, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of NTT Data Center physical infrastructure, equipment, and personnel. Working closely with the Data Center Operations Team (DCOPS), you will ensure that security measures are in place and functioning properly.



Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure all employees, clients, vendors, and visitors on company property have proper company-issued identification.
  • Patrol assigned post on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activity.
  • Investigate, address if possible, and report security, maintenance, and safety conditions.
  • Ensure daily administrative documentation is concise and complete at all times.
  • Maintain assigned equipment is functional and in presentable condition.
  • Respond to emergencies- coordinates with local emergency management resources.
  • Assists with Shipping and Receiving tasks.


Requirements


  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Additional education or training in security-related fields is a plus.
  • Six Months experience in security roles, preferably in a data center or similar environment.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule as required.
  • Strong Team Player.
