We are seeking a skilled Front Office Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team at G.Z.Q.S.O.
Estimated Salary: $16.20 - $19.80 per hour
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and excellent customer service as the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Operate and maintain office equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Use medical software (e.g., Practice Fusion, Med Informatics, Updocs) to streamline tasks.
- Manage administrative tasks effectively, prioritizing deadlines and productivity.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions securely.
- Strong work ethic and stress management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- GED level education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patients.
- Proficiency with Mac computers and medical software is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
