Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Community Memorial Health System. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will provide safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care for patients who require constant observation while in the hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of licensed nurses and medical staff.
  • Conduct constant observation of patients to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Document patient care activities and observations in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • One year of experience as a Nurse Tech in an acute care setting or skilled nursing facility
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
