Job Summary

The Front Desk Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager in the operation of the Front Office, providing exceptional service to guests, and maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in supervising Front Desk staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze Front Office operations, including room revenue and occupancy, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage Front Desk operations, including scheduling, payroll, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and policies.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
