About the Role

KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Advisory practice as a Manager, SAP Extended Warehouse Management. As a key member of our Enterprise Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP S/4 HANA capabilities specific to Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) and Logistics Execution functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a SAP solution architect accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities specific to eWM and Logistics Execution functions.
  • Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of the SAP eWM function, including managing KPMG and client personnel throughout the full lifecycle of an implementation.
  • Design and configure SAP S4/HANA eWM functionality and provide guidance to offshore teams for any required development related to the eWM functions.
  • Support business development activities such as opportunity identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients.
  • Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our KPMG SAP implementation methodologies and intellectual capital.
  • Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management.
Requirements
  • Minimum eight years of recent SAP experience with at least four years focused on SAP S/4 HANA, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations in the areas of extended warehouse management and integration with materials management, production, and sales and distribution.
  • Prior consulting experience with a Big Four accounting firm preferred.
  • Experience in supporting pre-sales activities preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field.
  • Expertise in the following SAP eWM processes: stock put away and picking strategies, handling unit management, WM staging, warehouse capacity, cross-docking process, slotting, kitting, returns management, yard management, integration with SD, MM and PP, integration with RF, and experience with SAP eWM best practices.
  • Proven implementation experience with SAP Greenfield and Selective Data Transition approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's management team.
  • Excellent SAP configuration skills along with SAP Activate experience.
  • Travel may be up to 75%.
