Job Summary

The Imaging Support / Scheduler is a vital role within Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, responsible for scheduling complex imaging and medical procedures. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A successful candidate will possess 2 years of medical and/or clerical experience, with a strong understanding of intermediate and complex medical terminology. The ability to utilize multiple computer applications, including HIS/RIS, scheduling software, and reporting systems, is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining critical information needed to schedule and process imaging exams efficiently. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
