The McKenzie School District 68 is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the district's 21st CCLC program, you will play a vital role in supporting student development and providing enriching experiences.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to coordinate program activities, implement outreach and engagement strategies, collect and report data, monitor and support students, assist in staff recruitment and hiring, and oversee staff and volunteers at assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate program activities to promote student engagement and academic success
- Develop and implement effective outreach and engagement strategies to connect with students, parents, and community partners
- Collect and analyze data to inform program development and evaluation
- Support students through monitoring and mentorship
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure program implementation and excellence
- Assist in staff recruitment and hiring processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and responsibilities
- Experience working with youth and families, particularly in educational settings
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $44,000 - $50,400 per year, based on experience, depending on qualifications and negotiation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
