Your Responsibilities.

As a Patient Access / Registration Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the registration and pre-access team, ensuring accurate collection of patient information and financial details.
  • Facilitating patient registration processes, confirming and updating demographic data while preventing record duplication.
  • Communicating financial responsibilities to patients and collecting necessary payments prior to service.
  • Addressing patient inquiries regarding billing and resolving complex account issues.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, assisting with appeals and denials, and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues.
  • Providing training and support to team members, ensuring adherence to departmental standards.
  • Promoting the mission and values of SCL Health in all interactions.
Your Qualifications.

We value experience and dedication. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a Patient Access or Revenue Service Center role.
  • Preferred certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA).
  • Experience in revenue cycle operations related to patient financial services is advantageous.
