Job Details

We are seeking a Commercial Contract Analyst to support our Gas Contract Administration team at Icon Consultants. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile key data points between Gas Midstream and Transportation Agreements and the gFlow system applications.
  • Link Agreements by ID # in the Commercial Contracts Repository.
  • Review agreement system status for potential termination/renewal opportunities.
  • Scan documents into the Commercial Contracts Repository.
  • Prepare Records Retention archiving forms, capturing key identifiers related to the agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, some college experience, and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Must-Have Skills include advanced MS Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to carry and lift heavy boxes.

Nice-to-Have Skills include experience in interpreting contracts, proficiency in PowerPoint, and familiarity with Quorum ESuite, Quorum QCM, Quorum TIPS, and Visio. The estimated salary for this role is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
