Job OverviewSousa & Company, Inc. is a Union Commercial Painting company with headquarters in Pembroke, MA. Our organization has been servicing the commercial painting sector throughout the greater Boston area for over a decade.

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and billing skills, enabling them to drive company success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting correspondences and other formal documents, managing project and vendor files, and communicating effectively with Senior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. They will also be tasked with ensuring all insurance documentation is up-to-date on all projects.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
