As an Executive Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our Executive, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities include providing administrative support, handling correspondence, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and communicating with clients via email and telephone. You will also be responsible for providing customer care and secretarial duties, as well as assisting with special projects as needed.
