PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
To manage and assess claims for property, automotive, and casualty insurance providers.

Utilize your adjusting expertise to evaluate intricate customer claims within a dynamic work culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Ensuring an exemplary customer experience.
- Reviewing insurance policies and relevant documentation to ascertain coverage.
- Engaging with insured parties, vendors, and agents through various communication methods regarding claims.
- Drafting estimates for repair or replacement costs.
- Compiling reports of findings and negotiating settlements with involved parties.
- Adjusting case reserves in assigned claims files to reflect anticipated expenses.
- Effectively communicating the status of claims to all relevant parties.

EDUCATION AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess an active Property Adjuster License; multi-state licenses are preferred. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is also preferred.
