Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for office visits, examinations, and treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Obtain and document patient information, including medical history, allergies, and medications, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process and file lab and diagnostic test results, correspondence, and clinical notes, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Coordinate patient flow in the office, collaborating with front office personnel to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of medical assisting principles and practices, preferably with an Associate's Degree in Medical Assistance.
