Certified Nursing Assistant-Home Health Aide PT for River Mills

Job Summary:
At NSSC LLC, we are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at River Mills Assisted Living. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the residents' activities of daily living are met by providing personal assistance and companionship.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance with bathing, dressing, serving meals, washing and drying laundry, and attending to other resident needs as defined by the care plan.
- Offer companionship to residents through social visits, daily conversation, and encouraging participation in activities.
- Respond to medical emergencies by taking appropriate action and notifying the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a daily log documenting resident assistant services performed each day and communicate any notable changes to the next shift.
- Observe and report any significant changes in resident behavior or health to the supervisor.
- Work regular shifts every other weekend.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a warm and supportive community atmosphere for residents.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- CNA certification.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with residents.
