We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Early Intervention team at Meeting Street. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Early Intervention team, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Interacting with pediatricians, families, and various state agencies to facilitate referrals, scheduling, and communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and assessment calendars to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
  • Verifying client benefits and monitoring ongoing eligibility verification to ensure timely billing and payment.
