This role requires a self-driven individual with proven expertise in the veterinary sector and a commitment to animal welfare, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture positive and productive relationships with veterinary practices and other essential stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Assist new clients through the onboarding process, providing clear explanations of our products and ordering system.
• Facilitate a seamless transition for new clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident with our solutions.
• Assess client needs and challenges to create tailored success strategies for each veterinary practice.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and potential upselling.
• Conduct training sessions for veterinary professionals, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the WimbaApp and orthoses. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, promptly addressing any technical issues or concerns.
• Act as the voice of the client within the organization, offering valuable feedback to enhance our products and services continuously.
• Monitor and analyze client success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies and identify areas for improvement.• Attend veterinary events and represent Wimba.
• Hold a diploma or certificate in Zoology, Veterinary Technology, or as a Pet Physiotherapist.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems or a strong interest in technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking ownership of client success initiatives.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop timely solutions.
• Proven experience in developing and executing client engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a startup environment; adaptable to change.
• (Preferred) Knowledge of the veterinary industry or experience working with veterinary practices is advantageous.
