About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Goldsmith Veterinary Clinic. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our services, products, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our mission of providing exceptional animal care and service to our clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and veterinarians.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
