About the RoleThis position requires exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and effective time management. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Organizing the flow of animals and managing databases efficiently.
- Booking transport and accommodations for pets as needed.
- Coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handling correspondence, complaints, and client queries in a professional manner.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of office staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Managing office budgets, petty cash, and financial transactions accurately.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients to maintain excellent relationships.
- Ensuring health and safety policies are up-to-date and adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining proficiency in various software packages to streamline tasks.

- Minimum 18 years old.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, depending on location.
