We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Christ Centered Ministries. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorder.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients, including crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, including psychiatrists, case managers, and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records and progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and staff trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices and share knowledge.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current licensure as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorder.
- Strong leadership and clinical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and community partners.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility. The Clinical Therapist will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
