About the Team:


The Core Fusion team is responsible for a suite of enterprise banking components within the Corebank Core Framework, providing an operational customer data repository and real-time master information concerning customers and prospects.

This framework also ensures a unified and comprehensive view of customer relationships across all channels, whether accessed by a bank representative or the customer directly.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop, maintain, and enhance both manual and automated testing scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other programmatic testing tools necessary for executing test plans.
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate overall system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Clearly communicate testing activities and findings through both oral and written reports.
- Manage and control daily testing activities independently.
- Provide internal quality assurance support.
- Collaborate with the test lead to identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
- Organize and maintain the test script library.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.


What You Bring:

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Automation Testing, Core Banking, Java, Selenium, and REST API Web Services.
- 7-10 years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Familiarity with methods, tools, and technologies utilized in software testing.
- Knowledge of quality management methods and tools to ensure defect-free application software that meets client and business partner needs.
- Understanding of application development methodologies, including principles, processes, phases, and roles.
- Ability to write complex queries for data validation and troubleshooting using primary database engines.
- Expertise in object-oriented development tools and principles, with proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Knowledge of operating systems and applications' functions, features, and components.
- Capability to thrive in an agile development environment where collaboration between developers and testing personnel is essential.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and demonstrate strong interpersonal and team-building skills while working with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to establish and maintain productive working relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and the public.
