Job Overview

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement an Automation framework to streamline the functionality of essential business applications utilizing technologies such as Java, Selenium, Python, C#, HTTP Client/Server, API, REST Assured, Django, Maven, TFS, and PIP for build processes, alongside Git and SVN for version control. Create, maintain, and enhance both new and existing Automated Integration Test Suites to verify the integrations among applications utilized internally, while regularly assessing and reporting metrics through Python, C#, Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Git, Postman, Version One, Jira, Azure DevOps, and OBI reports. Analyze business rules, convert them into system requirements, and configure systems to achieve optimal functionality using tools like IntelliJ, PyCharm, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Maven, BPMN, Git, Jenkins, Page Object Model (POM), and Model View Controller (MVC). Construct complex SQL queries to ensure data flow and integrity across multiple components and systems using Quest Toad, SQL Server Management Studio, and Advanced Query Tool in Oracle and SQL databases. Develop automation scripts to extract data from diverse sources in various formats. Conduct analysis, processing, pattern identification, and perform Extract Transform Load (ETL) operations, manage data, and direct it to suitable systems and data warehouses based on established business rules and logic utilizing Python, Informatica, SQL Developer, and Jupyter Notebook.

Coordinate and execute various types of testing including black-box, white-box, and grey-box testing such as functional, system, end-to-end, data integrity, user acceptance, smoke, regression, and ad-hoc testing on enterprise applications using Automation Suites developed in Python, C#, and Java to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Establish frameworks to implement test plans for necessary automated testing processes using Python, Java, C#, Jenkins, Git, and Service Now. Manage defects, track progress, report findings, and oversee release management across different environments utilizing Jira, Version One, Azure DevOps, Service Now, and QTest while employing Agile methodologies.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline along with 2 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or in similar roles involving Java, Selenium, Python, SQL, Azure, DevOps, Jira, C#, Eclipse, ETL, and Jenkins.

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week; 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
