About the Position

Key Duties:

  • Schedule patient appointments and procedures.
  • Process insurance claims and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
