We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team at Change Incorporated. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with physical or psychiatric disabilities in their homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal planning, preparation, and housekeeping
- Support with personal grooming and hygiene
- Encourage and assist with family, social, and recreational activities
- Help with medication management and healthy habits
- Provide supportive and problem-solving discussions with the participant
- Establish and maintain a helpful and supportive companionship relationship with the participant
- Flexible schedules
