We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in New London, CT. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing students' communication skills and academic achievements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address communication disorders and facilitate academic success.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support students' communication goals within the school environment.
  • Maintain precise documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Possess state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not mandatory.
