Job Summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking an experienced EVS Supervisor to join our team. As an EVS Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the EVS team, ensuring that all casino spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate EVS Team Members: Directly supervise and coordinate the work of EVS team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct Daily Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of all casino spaces to identify any areas of concern and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage EVS Supplies and Equipment: Maintain accurate inventory of all EVS supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to team members.
  • Lead and Train Team Members: Lead and train EVS team members in emergency drills and operations, ensuring that they are equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience: One year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Working Conditions

The EVS Supervisor will work in a fast-paced casino environment, with frequent exposure to second-hand smoke and other environmental hazards. The ability to work a variety of hours, including holidays and weekends, is required.
