Job Summary

The Medical Director will provide leadership and guidance to our psychiatric services team, working closely with primary care providers to develop treatment plans for mental health and substance abuse cases. The successful candidate will have expertise in psychopharmacology and experience in managing complex mental health cases.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. We encourage applications from providers with language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, or Cape Verdean Creole.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and support to the clinical team regarding mental health/substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for mental health and addiction cases
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to manage or co-manage complex mental health cases
  • Establish behavioral health medical policies and protocols
