Under the guidance of the Director of Patient Services, the Patient Services Manager (PSM) plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of RealOptions patient services at their designated clinic.

This position entails the recruitment, training, and management of both paid and volunteer staff within patient services, including the training manager, to ensure adherence to the Policies and Procedures established by the Board of Directors.


Key Qualifications:
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Demonstrates strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn various Patient Services software applications and related programs.

- Has successfully completed online training with the Training Manager, in addition to practical on-the-job training.

- Exhibits competence in crisis counseling and management.

- Capable of managing a volunteer program with a collaborative approach to task completion.

- Displays public speaking abilities and maintains high-quality telephone etiquette.

- Aligns with RealOptions' Statement of Principle, Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, and the philosophies of ministry and service.


- Holds a genuine desire to support individuals and families facing unplanned pregnancies, particularly those who are abortion-vulnerable or abortion-minded.
