- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Active LVN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
