We are seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to join our team, who will assist the Network Personal Training Director in managing the personal training staff at assigned locations. Key responsibilities include driving sales and sessions retention, processing payroll, conducting performance meetings, training and developing personal trainers, providing member training, and attending meetings and preparing reports.

What You'll Do- Drive sales and increase member engagement
- Manage payroll and financial operations
- Organize performance evaluations and training sessions
- Develop and implement training programs for personal trainers and members
- Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the development of reports

QualificationsWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a genuine passion for fitness. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to motivate others, and demonstrate a desire to lead and challenge others to grow. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
