About the Role

MCC is seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance workers to ensure the upkeep and repair of our facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with external maintenance and equipment technicians to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of safety and compliance within the maintenance department.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance processes.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, engineering, maintenance management).
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and improving maintenance processes.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
