The Facility Attendant is responsible for the routine upkeep and sanitation of the property’s outdoor areas. This role is crucial in ensuring that the property remains clean and hygienic for all residents and visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of community amenities.
  • Guarantee a safe and clean environment for our residents.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and safety, contributing to an appealing exterior.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed.

This is a Part-Time position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A genuine interest in custodial and maintenance tasks, with a demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call duties.
  • Ability to perform other related responsibilities as required.
