Responsibilities of the Senior Manager, M&A Project Manager:

  • Oversee M&A-related projects to ensure successful execution in alignment with project plans, providing recommendations to stakeholders and holding cross-functional teams accountable for timely deliverables while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of TSAs, with experience in drafting and assessing these agreements.
  • Manage project execution for M&A divestiture initiatives, supporting pre-close, post-close, and separation activities.
  • Assess contracts and operational requirements, including pricing and service structures, and strategize to address gaps with new services, systems, personnel, processes, or contracts.
  • Facilitate activities and cost tracking to maximize value.
  • Provide routine reporting and status updates to leadership, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, proactively addressing potential issues and risks, and facilitating timely decision-making.
  • Actively manage project timelines, including meeting schedules, reporting structures, tools/templates, and established processes and procedures.
