Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management to lead the development and execution of our Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy. This strategic leader will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive OCM plan, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change, and improving employee adoption and usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global OCM strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure a structured approach to change management and consistent implementation across all initiatives
- Develop tools to assess change impact on Associates and provide insights to the Executive Staff
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and foster strong relationships for successful change implementation
- Build and lead a high-performing change management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and providing coaching to develop their skills
- Contribute to the Global L&D function by offering expertise and practical ideas, and by designing, developing, delivering, and measuring L&D programs on select initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree in business or related field a plus
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in organizational change management, including strategy development and execution
- A minimum of 5 years experience with learning and development responsibilities
- Proven experience in leading and managing change in complex, multi-faceted, global organizations
- Demonstrated success in cross-cultural collaboration
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans and oversee and participate in implementation
- Experience in training and developing leaders in change management practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, other) is highly desirable
