Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Greet and escort patients from the waiting area to treatment rooms
    • Accompany physicians in treatment rooms to document patient history, physical examination findings, and procedures
    • Verify patient benefits and prepare lab work for submission
    • Perform various administrative tasks to support physicians and other team members
  • Non-Clinical Tasks:
    • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
    • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 1+ year of full-time experience in a patient-facing role or 2+ years in a high-volume customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
